Ours Patents The United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted us the following patents: 1.BIOLOGICAL DEVICES AND METHODS OD USE THEREOF FOR THE STUDY AND CONTROL OF ALZHEIMER´S DISEASE
The Patent # 9,890,201 B2 issued by United States Patent and Trademark Office (Feb 13/2018). Described herein are devices and methods for simultaneously expressing amyloid precursor protein and TonB protein. For example, the biological devices and methods described herein increase the production of these two proteins while also reducing the cost, making these proteins more widely accessible for medical research purposes, including for the development of diagnostic test for Alzheimer´s desease. 2.POLYURETHANE BIOFOAMS DERIVED FROM NATURAL PRODUCTS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THEREOF.
The Patent # 9,868,811 B2 issued by United States Patent and Trademark Office (Jan 16/2018). Described herein are polyurethane compositions based on natural materials, as well as methods for making and using the compositions.
3. GLUCOSE AND INSULIN SENSORS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF

The Patent # 9,683,266 B2 issued by United States Patent and Trademark Office (Jun 20/2017). Described herein are glucose and insulin sensors. The sensors are composed of host cells with DNA specifically designed to produce fluorescence when the cells come into contact with glucose and/or insulin in the sample.

4. BIOLOGICAL DEVICES AND METHODS FOR INCREASING THE PRODUCTION OF LYCOPENE FROM PLANTS

The Patent # 9,828,609 B2 issued by United States Patent and Trademark Office (Nov. 28, 2017). Described herein are devices and methods for enhancing the physiological properties of plants. For example, the devices and methods described herein increase the production of lycopene, wich has industrial and economic value.

6. METHODS FOR INCREASING THE PRODUCTION OF PHENOLIC COMPOUNDS FROM THEOBROMA CACAO

The Patent # 9,428,759 B2 issued by United States Patent and Trademark Office (Aug 30/2016). Described herein are methods for enhancing the production of Phenolic compounds from Theobroma Cacao.

 

For example, the devices and methods described herein increase the production of Phenolic compounds from Cocoa plants, which has industrial and economic value.
